The meeting in Zagreb was very productive. All partners except the partner from Netherlands which has gone bankrupt. The host partners were Craft college and Centre for rehabilitation Stančić. On the first day partners had a visit to ACT group - consortium of organizations and individuals that /who promote, develop and promote corporate social responsibility and business, social and solidarity economy, social entrepreneurship and civil society.

Partners also had a short tour of the Centre for rehabilitation Stančić and departure to housing service Jelkovec / visit housing units.

Next day Conferenceby host partners was organized along with introduction by Assistant Minister of Social Welfare and youth, Presentation: Employment of people with disabilities in Croatia, The experience of the City of Zagreb in providing care for people with disabilities – experience URIHO, Discussion and questions and short workshop “How to implement European Skills Passport documents”. Coordinators meetingwas held on a themes: Working on project objectives and outcomes, Evaluation and Certificates, Preparing final report – description of Final report, Scheduling time table and tasks, presenting the Web site with comments and suggestions, presentation of “How to use Yammer e-platform”.
